I have developed good communicating skills and have proven be able to easily understand the strategies and thought processes of the people I work with. Nevertheless, this adaptive skill does not cause me to lose my personal views and opinions, and I have shown that I can work independently. I am a dynamic person with a strong record of achievement, combining skills in various areas of organizational development, group/staff leadership, Human Resources, program development, project management, building partnerships, industrial relationship, legal function and industrial licenses issue, government and community relations.

I have long record experience and it was started when I was in university with student club for social activity. Professional activity beginning with collaboration with local and International NGO, working in multinational company, and I am active as Facilitator, Mentor and Coaching and having BNSP Certified for MSME Facilitator, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and CPPOB.
